Johnny has more 15 years of experience in the contract security industry. He spent 20 years in the United States Marine Corps during which he lived in Okinawa and Iwakuni, Japan. He worked for more than 20 years in the supply chain management industry. Johnny is a state-certified trainer and state-certified security instructor. Johnny joined the Security One team in 2017 as the Director of Human Resources and oversees all aspects of employee hiring, retention, training, career development, benefits, scheduling and dispatch.

Johnny and his wife, Kathy, have been married for 32 years and have one daughter.
