Chris Hunter is the Chief Operating Officer of Security One.  Chris is a results-oriented leader, and decorated law enforcement veteran, with extensive experience in contract security.  Chris manages all aspects of the company operations and has positioned Security One as leaders in the security industry regionally.

During his law enforcement career, he served in several different divisions, including Special operations/Events, K-9, SWAT, narcotics, and criminal gang investigations.  Chris received numerous awards and commendations during his law enforcement career, including:

• Ten (10) commendation letters
• Medal of Valor
• Medal of Merit
• Officer of the Year two (2) times
• National Officer of the Month
• Service Awards from the United States Department of Justice, FBI, and DEA

As the COO of Security One, Chris has guided the company’s growth and expansion.  His focus on client services, by promoting Security One’s Core Values throughout the entire organization, has allowed him to build a team that provides exceptional services every client.

Chris has implemented industry-leading technologies and security-management solutions that bring accountability to our security operations.  Chris is also a member of ASIS (American Society of Industrial Security) and John Maxwell Executive Leadership Roundtable (through The Church of the Highlands).

Chris graduated from Faulkner University with a Bachelor of Science. Chris is married to Nichole and has six wonderful kids.
